Do I have to download the Zoom app?

No, but the Zoom App works better than using your browser. Use these steps to add the Zoom App to your device:  
-Visit: zoom.us/download
-Click “Zoom Desktop Client” for computers
-Or search “Zoom Cloud Meetings” in your phone’s app store

How do I Join a Meeting?

Just click the Meeting Link in Your Email!
-Look for an email invitation with a Zoom link
-Click the link to join automatically

How do I join a discussion?

Join with video and audio:
-Click "Join with Video" and "Join with Computer Audio"
-This lets others see and hear you.

Should I stay logged in?

It saves time!
-Check “Keep me signed in” when logging in
-You won’t need to enter your password every time

Can I join without logging in?

Yes! Use these steps:
-Click "Join a Meeting” on the app’s home screen
-Enter the Meeting ID and Passcode (found in the email invite)

Is there a way to practice before the first meeting?

Yes! Just use Zoom’s Test Meeting with these easy steps:
-Visit zoom.us/test
-Try a practice meeting to check your setup

I’m hearing impaired. Can I enable Closed Captions?

Yes!
-Click “CC” during a meeting
-Ask me to turn on captions if needed
